This sequel to the literal magical spectacle of Now You See Me will again showcase the illusionists known as the Four Horsemen. The film will again feature Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco, and Woody Harrelson. The movie will also feature new cast members, the most prominent being Daniel Radcliffe as the devious tech wizard Walter Mabry. The Four Horsemen find themselves in China after being tricked by Mabry who has the magicians steal a chip that can control all of the world’s computers. Morgan Freeman will again be presented in the film as Thaddeus Bradley who is being plotted against by the vengeful FBI agent who blames Bradley for his father’s death as seen in the first movie.

The trailer can be found on YouTube and features a basic synopsis of the sequel starting after the end of the first movie. It features many of the new characters and makes it easy to see what roles they play, whether good or bad. According to Forbes, Now You See Me 2 opened well over the weekend with a $23 million debut which is “enough to justify a ‘Now You See Me 3.’ Tristan Sarabia (17’) was able to see the movie over the weekend and says, “It was the best movie I’ve seen so far this year. It was literally movie magic.” The movie features all sorts of tricks and illusions to be seen as magic by all viewers.
