As you walk down the hallway you are bound to see the smiling face of Raven Womack (’14), but her smile isn’t what catches your eye. It’s her individual, unique fashion style.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m on the poms team, I like to dance, have a blast, and party. I am also the sophomore class vice president.

How would you describe your style in one word?

Vintage.

Would you call yourself fashionable? Why?

People say beauty is in the eye of the beholder; to me fashion is in the eye of the beholder, so yes.

Where do you find inspiration?

From TV and music videos and magazines.

How long does it take you to get ready?

About an hour and a half.

What do you do for your hair?

Mostly flat iron it. When it’s curly I just wash it and put hairspray on.

How do you feel about make-up with fashion?

I love make-up. I can’t leave the house without foundation. The extra depends on how I’m feeling.

Where do you like to shop?

Forever 21, H&M

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Leopard print.

What fashion advice would you give to someone?

Know what fits you and try it on before you buy it. Just because it looks good on Rihanna doesn’t mean it will look good on you.

What do you see in the future with fashion?

The 70s will come back more, because I see a little [of 70s styles] here and there.
