Kingsman: The Golden Circle is the sequel to the 2015 movie directed by Matthew Vaughn. With a score of 7.2/10 on IMDb, the movie drew in viewers by the second. Starring Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum, and many more, the action-packed film lived up to its predecessor, Kingsman: The Secret Service.

The setting takes place in downtown London, where main character and Kingsman in training, Eggsy Unwin, has a deadly encounter with a former Kingsman trainee, Charlie Hesketh, who made an appearance in the prequel. When Eggsy’s world is suddenly ripped apart, it is up to him and his partner Melvin to keep the people of London safe from a hideous threat. “If you loved the original, you’ll love the sequel,” says Dylan Coleman (18). “It wasn’t as good as the first, but it will definitely keep you entertained.” With new enemies to face and challenges that may be beyond their control, the Kingsmen, as always, are not afraid to meet the problem head on

With a budget of $101 million and a gross revenue of $290.7 million, the movie was well-organized and the outcome delivered more than what was given to produce the film. With the release date of September 2017, the timing was a fitting end for 2017.

Compared to the March 2017 sci-fi movie Ghost in the Shell that scored a 6.5/10 on IMDb and The Fate of the Furious, which scored a 6.8/10 on IMDb, Kingsman simply cannot be beat. “I definitely enjoyed this movie and if I could I would have gone back and seen it again,” says Brittany Staton (17).

When asked if she would recommend this movie to anyone, Staton replied, “I’d recommend it to people who are into action and fans of Men in Black.Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a must-see that won’t disappoint.
