Now that students are returning from Thanksgiving Break, a lot of us have lots of leftovers from Thanksgiving. As time goes on you may grow tired of the same old mac and cheese and turkey. So, to help with the overflow of old food in your fridge, I’ve looked up some recipes to keep your leftovers interesting. These are three recipes that stood out to me the most while searching. 1 1/2 cups cold leftover mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (about 2 oz.)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (about 1 oz.), plus more for serving
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, plus more for serving
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 large egg

1 to 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 slices sourdough sandwich bread
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/3 cup shredded leftover roast turkey
3 Tbsp. leftover cranberry sauce
1/3 cup leftover dressing
2 Tbsp. leftover gravy, warmed, plus more for serving
2 Tbsp. salted butter, at room temperature
