Description:
DND is a gaming club that focuses on telling stories. You can play games and tell stories. It takes strategizing and storytelling.
History:
This club was made in 2021 and founded by Mr. Martin and Mr. Scrivens. This was a club made for any kid that wanted to do something fun and do something that isn’t education related.
Types of games:
All types of Role-playing games are played at DnD club. Some genres of games that are played are science fiction, horror, action, fantasy, and western. There have been three consistent games played at DnD club, and those games are DnD, Monster of the week (a group of players who are monster hunters who hunt monsters in the modern world), and Wizards (wacky storytelling making the funniest story, no gameplay). Other games that have been played in DnD club include path finder, numenera, cowboy world, and aftermath.
Meetings:
Meetings are Wednesdays and Fridays after school from 3-5 in room M104. Wednesday is recommended for beginners; Friday is for more advanced players. There is also a meeting for DnD club 4B flight in room M104 but it’s not recommended because a game takes longer than 30 minutes to play. If you have any questions about the club, meet Mr. Martin during flight 4B or after school. You can also just watch and learn how to play after school.
Number of games allowed at a time:
There can be as many games as needed to include everyone but no more than six people to a game at a time.
RPG game suggestions:
You can recommend a RPG game and/or a genre to play at DnD club, but it’s not guaranteed that it will be played immediately, but it will be looked into.
How to Join:
Just show up and find Mr. Martin and he can find something you’re comfortable with so you can have fun.
Pro Tip:
The more willing you are to engage and be silly, the more fun you’ll get out of the game.
