For North Point High Schol junior Ariana Josiah, each day is a mix of creativity and friendship. Ariana’s morning start at 6:40am, getting dressed and setting the tone for the day with music that lifts her mood. She skips breakfast and goes straight to school, where her first stop is the bench in front of the print shop, waiting for her friends to arrive.
Her school day is centered around the subjects she loves the most- photography, ceramics, and orchestra. These classes allow her to express herself, making them the highlight of her day. Math on the other hand remains the biggest challenge. The best part of the day is getting to see her friends especially at dismissal due to not having many classes with her friends. When it comes to managing assignments, Ariana takes a structured approach, making a list everything she must do. But studying? That another story- she simply does not believe in it.
After school, Ariana prefers to unwind. She greats her parents before retreating to her room to relax. Without extracurriculars she has time to recharge before settling into her night routine: dinner, a shower, calls, with friends, endless, TikTok scrolling, and finally, sleep around 11pm and midnight.
