For North Point High School Senior Brayden George each day begins before the sun rises at 5:00am, his alarm goes off signaling the start of another busy but purposeful day. Before anything else Brayden takes times to pray and listen to listen- two necessary habits that help him mentally prepare for the day ahead. Prayer keeps him grounded and give him the strength and focus he needs to conquer anything that comes his way.
After setting his mood for the set with positivity Brayden moves onto his morning routine, which includes his hygiene regimen and a nutritious breakfast, His go-to morning meals are oatmeal, fruit, or cereal giving him fuel for a full day of school and sports. When he arrives to school, he drops off his belongings at his locker before heading to class. To keep up with schoolwork, he follows a structured approach, setting goals and time limits to get things done while still having time for other activities. His favorite class is P.E because it is a chance to relax, have fun, and enjoy a break from the mental strain of other subjects. During school he loves to vent and joke around with his favorite teachers.
After school, Brayden heads straight to the track field, the most important part of his day. Every drill and jump is a step toward his college goals, and he pours dedication into improving his performance. When he gets home the first thing Brayden does is take a shower to refresh himself after practice. Studying can be difficult so he watched videos and simplified explanations to help him better understand complex topics. His night routine is structured and intentional: skincare, putting in his retainer, and prayer. To wind down he spends time in scripture, studying Bible stories and reflecting on his faith. By 11 p.m. he is ready for bed, ending another fulling day.
Through prayer, discipline, and balance, Brayden George navigates his senior year with determination, ensuring that every moment counts towards his future.
