Victoria Alston is currently in the Cosmetology CTE as a senior at North Point High School. She is currently obtaining her professional license. One of her passions outside of school is reading; she enjoys the characters coming to life in her imagination. Her dream is to open multiple salons across the states, focusing on diverse hair textures.
Q1: What artist got you through high school, and what song would you say describes your year?
A: “The artist that got me through high school is Tyler, The Creator. The song that describes my senior year would be ‘Come a little closer’ by Cage the Elephant.”
Q2: What are your plans after high school and why?
A: “My plans are to go to college and obtain my degree in business or marketing.”
Q3: What advice do you have for underclassmen?
A: “Stay on top of your work. You can still have fun, but don’t fall behind.”
Q4: What is your favorite memory from high school?
A: “Meeting my two closest friends, Sanai and Journey, that have been by my side all four years.”

A: “Everyone isn’t your friend.”

A: “I feel more ready for the next steps of my life. I’m ready to become a college student.”
