Farah is one of the most focused, hard-working, gifted, and amiable students I have the pleasure of teaching this year. She comes in to each class with a positive attitude, is amiable and respectful towards myself and her peers, participate actively in class activities and contributes meaningfully to our discussions, and works hard on all of our assignments, taking each one seriously. She is willing to work hard to earn her grades, and cares about not only her grades, but what she is learning as well. Farah is not afraid to challenge herself. In addition to all of this, she is mature, intellectually sophisticated, and a good classmate to her peers. A student can be ‘good’ at a content without being an asset to the class atmosphere. This is not true of Farah- she is in fact an asset to the class atmosphere, and I enjoy teaching her!
